How do I place an order?

How can I send my prescription to you?

You can upload a digital copy or enclose a paper copy of your prescription.

What fitting measurements do you require?

None, please ensure your current lenses are sent to us with your frame.

Are there any restrictions on who you can supply?

Yes, we are not allowed to sell to anyone under the age of 16 years old.

I can’t find what I am looking for on your site?

As our lab has been established for over 25 year’s we can carry out any glazing requirements, if you can’t see what you are looking for simply contact us and we can discuss your needs.

I have ordered my pack and sent my frames to you, what next?

Once we have received your frames you will receive an automated email, and if necessary a telephone call from us.

Why do I need to ensure my current lenses are sent to you?

When we receive your frames, we will check your current lenses against what you have ordered to double check everything looks correct, if we notice any differences our service team will call you to discuss your options.

What happens if my frame brakes?

When we receive your frame, we always check its condition however, we can never fully know how the frame will react during the reglaze process. This is the case no matter where your frame is reglazed and therefore this is always done at your own risk.

How can you offer such low pricing?

We are an independent family run lab and we manufacture our own lenses which means there is no middleman and therefore no additional costs to be passed onto our customers.

How much is postage and packaging?

We will cover most of the postage costs incurred and the only cost you will need to pay is when we return your newly glazed glasses to you.

When and how do I pay?

Once we have received your frame and old lenses, we check that everything looks correct and at the point a payment link will be emailed to you. Your lenses will not be produced until payment has been received.

Our standard turnaround time is 10-14 days.
